Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to the following countries:

- The Netherlands
We hope to expand to additional countries in the future. If your country is not listed, please check back at a later date.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
We offer free standard delivery on all orders. There are no minimum spend requirements — delivery is complimentary regardless of your order value.

Our Delivery Partner
We ship all orders via FedEx. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that any applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by us — there are no unexpected charges for you upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible at info@konnpex.eu. We will arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost. In some cases, we may ask that the damaged item be returned to us before or after the replacement is issued.
Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of any damage, as this may help us process your claim more quickly.
